What is telehealth?Telehealth uses video and/or audio conferencing technology allowing counseling to occur outside of the office, for example at the client’s home or workplace. It also provides the opportunity for family members and others to participate in counseling sessions when this is appropriate. Some clients find the convenience of telehealth helpful in their ability to attend counseling more regularly than in-person sessions.

Is telehealth right for me?If we determine that telehealth offers the right level of care for your needs, telehealth may be a great fit for you. We know that it can be hard to fit appointments into your already busy lives. The added time required to commute to an in-person appointment is often the reason clients miss their appointments or may not get the help they need, when they need it. We believe that counseling should be easy and accessible, which is why we offer telehealth services as an online alternative to in-person services.
