Do you desire greater satisfaction in your life or relationships?
Are you feeling stuck in your life and want support to find meaning and purpose?
Do you struggle to accept yourself and desire more confidence and happiness?
Do you often feel out of control and anxious most of the time?
Are you tired of relying on others to validate your worth?
Are you feeling overwhelmed and desire to gain a sense of control in your life?
You are constantly questioning yourself, relying on validation from other people to feel good enough. Sometimes, you don’t know who you are, and you find yourself thinking about others and their needs before your own. Your mind races with thoughts about what others might think of you or how they might react, which leaves you wondering, “Why do I feel this way? I’m just not enough.” You sense yourself shutting down with feelings of fear, anxiety, worry, and dread.

It might be time to take the next steps to discover how you can more fully engage in your life with greater ease and with greater joy.
If you seek growth and healing in your relationship with yourself and/or others and are looking for a counselor who will provide a safe space for you to process in a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

A Message from Taylor...
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my desire is to help young adults, women, and couples in finding greater meaning, purpose, satisfaction, and joy in life. I am passionate about working with and supporting those struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, issues of self-worth, low confidence, relational distress, loneliness, depression, life transitions, and those who desire greater self-awareness, clarity, confidence, and courage to engage more fully in their lives and the lives of others. I am also drawn to helping individuals who seek to address old patterns and habits that are not serving them well or pursue a deeper understanding of who they are.

I believe each person has a unique, valuable, and powerful story to tell. I seek to help people find health and happiness in their daily lives; learn to embrace themselves with unconditional acceptance and kindness; and develop skills to cope with life’s challenges in ways that inspire growth, connection, purpose and hope.
If you seek growth and healing in your relationship with yourself and/or others and are looking for a counselor who will provide a safe space for you to process in a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
